The Election Commission overseeing the Niwot incorporation ballot measures met Sept. 11 with Chair Lois Adamson presiding. The Commission formally approved the final wording of the Nov. 3 ballot by the deadline set by the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder. All six commissioners and three members of the public attended.
